Women and Gender Studies Capstone

Tonight I had my first meeting for my capstone class. We’re running a little behind due to scheduling conflicts, but I really enjoyed my first class! It’s going to be discussion and reading heavy, which is just the kind of class I’m looking for so I’m very okay with it.

Today we discussed a few different things, including the difference between feminism and Women and Gender Studies. The two are not the same and shouldn’t actually be treated as such, but it’s a long conversation to be had there.
