    Emily's Bio:
I am a senior majoring in communication and minoring in photography. The College of St. Scholastica has been a great place for me to be throughout my college journey. I am fascinated by the world and am currently studying abroad at Regent's University London in England. I live for the little things and the adventures I stumble upon everyday. In my free time I enjoy practicing yoga, listening to and writing music, taking pictures, and exploring.

The Outcome

I am so incredibly pleased with the results of my portrait shoot with England-native musician, FØNX. I learned so much from him and through our process. This past summer, to complete my photography minor requirements, I completed an Independent Study in Photography. I cannot begin to describe the amount of knowledge and skills I gained from just several, simple shoots. Slowly, but surely, I have become more-and-more confident in capturing the true sense of an person. There is much more to learn in photography, portraits specifically, but for now I will be proud. I am proud of the outcome in this shoot. Even he was pleased with the photos. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Although, I will keep expanding my set of photography skills which I obtained while studying at The College of St. Scholastica.
