I'm an Elementary Education major at CSS. I also plan to minor in Spanish. Having done PSEO, I came to CSS with more than 60 credits. I'm part of Volunteers Involved Through Action (VITA), Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF), and other clubs! Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. I love spending time watching Supernatural and Once Upon a Time, and reading Harry Potter and other great books. I live in a suite with 3 other girls, and we are always finding something fun to do around campus!

Movies in the Park

This past weekend I was in Duluth to spend time with my boyfriend. Of course, the summer is time for all sorts of special events in Duluth. Each summer there’s movies shown in Leif Erickson Park. Friday was our first time going and we got to see one of our favorites, Cars. It was totally free and beautiful right next to the lake. I think that may have been the best part, getting to walk around the lake before settling in and hearing the lake’s sounds as the movie played. I can’t wait for next year’s showings. Sadly this year the rest were all sports themed, something I’m not too fond of ha!
