I'm an Elementary Education major at CSS. I also plan to minor in Spanish. Having done PSEO, I came to CSS with more than 60 credits. I'm part of Volunteers Involved Through Action (VITA), Students Today Leaders Forever (STLF), and other clubs! Dance has been part of my life for 10 years, and now I'm trying to fit it into my schedule again. I love spending time watching Supernatural and Once Upon a Time, and reading Harry Potter and other great books. Happy Valentine’s Day to Me!

I’m single this year on Valentine’s Day, but it’s okay. At school, the kids did the traditionally celebrating by exchanging Valentine’s cards. After school, after all the hyped-on-sugar kids, I went to the mall to treat myself. It was kind of strange to see all the couples running around Miller Hill Mall, it was like they crawled out of wherever everyone has been cuddling up for the winter. After shopping I picked up Chinese food and even that place was packed! I haven’t been in Tower lately, but I know they also had a variety of Valentine’s Day type fundraisers going on, like gummy bear cards. Next year, I’ll have to enjoy more of the Valentine’s celebrations in Duluth; for example, in the past, Animal Allies has had free adoptions of older cats! How cool is that? In Duluth I guess it is okay to be single because there will tons of things anyway for me to do.
