    Cheyenne's Bio:
Hello hello, my name is Chey! I fully admit that I am an over achiever and a slacker simultaneously. I am really involved in social justice on campus, especially the Indigenous Student Alliance. I love cats and science fiction. I come from a big family so community and connections are important to me.

Orientation Season

I work as a receptionist in one of the campus buildings. The past two weeks have been hectic! It’s Delta Orientation time which means incoming freshmen are exploring campus, getting signed up for classes, and having their ID photos taken.

Delta days always energize the summer lull. It’s so fun seeing all the new students get acquainted with the campus. In years past I participated in round tables explaining different programs offered before Welcome Weekend. However, this year I get to see the chaos that is picture taking.

Most students will have the same picture for all four years of their college career. These pictures are taken when they are on campus for summer orientation. Just a heads up, if you go to college you’ll most likely have a photo ID.
