    Brooke's Bio:
I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Volleyball Workouts

Since St. Scholastica is a Division 3 college in terms of athletics, it is not mandatory that we do any specific work outs.  I was really surprised by this because our volleyball team doesn’t really do anything together when we are outside of season.  I know some teams that have rules within the team, not involving the coaches, and they do team workouts together.  I also really love that all the coaching staff at CSS makes it very clear that academics comes first and to get help early if you are struggling.  As much as I love volleyball, school and learning is also very important to me so I think that the Division 3 level is perfect for me.  The competition is better here than in high school, and our conference is fairly decent, so there are some really good games played each year.  I’m looking forward to the upcoming year and sports seasons already!!
