    Brooke's Bio:
I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Summer Tourists

When you live in Duluth in the summertime, you really notice all the tourists that come through and visit, especially on the weekends.  It can be annoying since us Scholastica students are now just the regulars in town and you have to avoid all of the people that are always down in canal.  Sometimes it’s okay because you really get to see how busy Duluth can get and things like that.  It’s also awesome in the summertime because when it’s warm there are so many things to do in Duluth.  There is canal and the Lakewalk and trails galore and shops and so much more.  People are really out and about in the summertime or during any nice warm weather, and that’s one thing that I really appreciate about Duluth and the people that live in it.  I hope everyone can avoid some of the tourism throughout the summer and still enjoy how amazing Duluth is 🙂
