    I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Stress Free

There are many ways to relieve stress. Most of my stress comes from school, especially during exam weeks like this one has been for me. My mom bought me this Himalayan Salt Lamp, and it’s supposed to take in negative energy and push our positive ions or energy. My lamp has brought me peace since I have had it. Another thing I like is lighting candles or using Stress Relief lotions from Bath and Body Works. These are things that are just in my room, and they really do help calm me down. Lastly, attending yoga has been a huge help for me as well. To go to a fitness yoga class for just an hour and self reflect is all I could ask for.
