    Brooke's Bio:
I came to Duluth because I love the city, and this small school has a home-like feel. I play volleyball here and have other interests in listening to music, being outdoors and hanging out with friends. I like to stay active as much as I can, and I don't think I'll have any problem finding something to do in this amazing city. After graduation, I want to enroll in CSS’ Physician Assistant graduate program.

Love of Learning

Our college’s Value of the Year is Love of Learning, and I thought it was pretty cool that they concentrate on a certain Benedictine Value each year.  The Benedictine Values are Hospitality, Respect, Stewardship, Love of Learning, and Community.  We are taught all of these throughout the year, and especially during their freshmen year of Dignitas.  These values are really important and are brought up all the time throughout our classes.  It’s nice to have values at this institute because I feel like it is a good ground work from that.  Building our whole college off of the things we value is actually really important.  I see a lot of putting the value of the Love of Learning into action in their studies and different events that are held throughout this school.  I’m going to try and start blogging more about the different things that I consider to be a Love of Learning sort of act.
