    Alex's Bio:
Hi, I am a junior here at St. Scholastica studying Biology. I just returned from studying abroad in New Zealand. I have loved living in Duluth and attending St. Scholastica so far. After St. Scholastica I hope to go to graduate school for environmental science. When I’m not studying you can find me hanging out with my friends around campus, working at Storm’s, or anywhere outside. I try to go up the North Shore and hike around Lake Superior when I have free time.

Groves Apartment Buildings

Recently there has been some major construction at St. Scholastica, they are tearing down the groves apartments! These are some of the older apartment buildings and many of the students aren’t too sad to see them go. One thing that is somewhat annoying is that this led to less on campus housing so it is harder for upperclassmen to stay on campus. I am still currently trying to figure out where I will stay second semester when I get back from studying abroad. Hopefully things work out!
